I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your HP Laser printer. Let's try to resolve this issue together. Here are some steps you can follow:

Update the HP Smart app: Ensure you have the latest version of the HP Smart app. Sometimes, updating the app can fix setup or connection issues.

 

Check the printer's readiness: Make sure all packing materials and tape have been removed from the printer. Turn the printer off and then on again.

 

Restore factory defaults: You can restore your printer to its default factory settings using the HP Smart app or an internet browser.

 

Network settings: If your printer has a touchscreen control panel, open the Wireless or Setup menu, select Network Setup or Settings, and then select Restore Network Settings. For printers without a touchscreen, use the control panel buttons to restore Wi-Fi setup mode.
