when try to copy a page, the printer is printing the top half of the page twice and not the bottom half. All suggestions online are completely unhelpful, often offering suggestions like "change printer settings" without any explanation on how to do this. I have tried a power reset which hasn't fixed the problem. Wireless network test report says everything is fine.
