I am having an issue with my printer not booting up correctly. When I turn the printer on I get a blue screen with the HP logo in the top right corner and a loading bar at the bottom. The loading bar stops halfway through the load and freezes up. I've let it sit over night trying to load to no avail. I've unplugged the power source for 10 minutes and tried to restart it after that. I turned my wireless network off and tried to restart it. I tried to do a facorty hard reset by holding the bottom right corner of the display as it's booting up. I've tried to update the firmware but my PC does not see the printer on USB or wireless. Is this the printer blue screen of death? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have this printer and bought it when it first came out. It will take any cartridges even the really cheap ones from China.

Unfortunately, it looks like the circuit board on your system went out.  Here is a typical eBay picture of it

You might try disassembling the printer and using an air duster and examining your control board for leaking capacitors or overheat symptoms.

Used CM1415fnw go for under 100 to 300 USD so it may not be worth while to fix it.  Getting a used one will provide spare parts from your old one.

Some of the newer printers check to see if a genuine toner is installed and complain.  I have never had that problem with my cm1415.
