Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M29w Printer

Laser jet printer MFP will not print download pages, but will print MS word documents.  Printer indicates that it is in "error state". If I save the download page to my computer and then choose the printing option using the cntl key, the page will print.

How to get the printer out of error state and allow download printing?
