Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have done several things to try and resolve this issue. 

 

This printer will only print the first page in a multipage document, and send the rest as blanks. 

 

I have added the universal driver, upgraded firmware, reset everything, used a different computer, updated drivers

-Printer is getting good airflow
-used a different usb
-plugged directly into wall 
-not in humid spaces or confined areas
-tried printing from different programs 
-restarted printer and computer
-uninstalled and reinstalled printer 
-tried different documents
-checked print cartridges 

 

What else can I do?
