My HP laserjet printer is blocked.  I have restarted it and I have restarted my broadband router, but this hasn't cleared it.

All the online HP helplines say use the control panel on the printer, but my printer does not have a control panel.

Can anyone help please ?

Please share your printer model and do you see any flashing blinking lights? 
Are you using wireless connection? If yes, do share your router brand and model.

Hi, The red exclamation mark is flashing on the printer.

The printer is connected to my Sky broadband and so is my android device.

I can select 'print' on my android but then I get a message saying that the printer is blocked.

I have installed a new toner cartridge in the printer but I still can't print.
