Laserjet m28w wifi issues then set up issues

I have a Laserjet m28w.  Earlier this year I switched out my router which used a different set of ip addresses than my previous router (current router 192.x.x.x and previous one was 172.x.x.x.  Well my printer decided to keep it's previous ip address.  This wasn't an issue for a while because we always used the smart app to print and it seemed to continue to print without issues.  So I just bought a new computer (HP prebuilt system).  I tried to set up the printer through smart app, would not set up.  It saw the printer, but wouldn't allow the set up.  So I thought it might be a wifi issue and so I kept pushing and holding down the wifi button until it seemed like it reset the printer altogether.  Well it wasn't connected to my wifi any longer and so I tried to set it up as  a new printer.  It let me log into it and enter my wifi name and password, but then asked for a factory-set default password that it said was on the sticker attached to the back.  No sticker on the back.  Found the product stickers at the bottom, but unfortunately they password isn't there.  I'm really stuck now because I no longer have a working printer and I can't find the default password anywhere.  I have the old install CD, but no password on that either and plus none of my computers have a CD player anyway.
