HP Recommended

Hi. I bought the printer last week and today was the first day I used it. After I’ve installed it 4 days ago I shut it down. Now I’ve start it, printed some pages and then it just blocks, the letter F appears and every time I try to print it says “the printer is busy”. Also, in the app everything seems fine. Also all of the update are up to date cause I installed them today before printing. I’m not sure if I should keep it if the problem persists. Can someone explain what that is? And why? Thank you
