Officejet 3830- The “?” Light is on (on the control panel) instead of the home light and I can’t print from my iPhone (safari) or my computer (windows 10). I can copy just fine. I saw this question already and did all the steps that was given by the previous person who answered it. I took out ink cartridges, unplugged it and still the “?” Light is still on and I can’t print from my iPhone. I didn’t try to print from my computer because it wasn’t working earlier and the “?” Light is still on. It happened after my toddler was messing with it. I can’t figure out what’s wrong.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 

Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

Check for any jams inside the printer and reinsert the ink cartridges. Refer to this document.

  • Workaround: Leave the printer unplugged overnight and then try powering ON the printer.
