Hi Raj

Follow all the steps but there is no lock, no paper jam and i re-started the printer.

The printer stated E which implies empty and the orange light is still flashing about which means it needs ink cartridge.

However its not moving for me to place a new cartridge... stuck still on the right side of printer.

Did you try to move manually, do not apply more pressure but gently try to move.
