When all the lights on your HP ENVY 6455e All-In-One Printer are flashing rapidly, it usually indicates a problem with the printer. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot.
Power Cycle the Printer:
- Turn off the printer by pressing the power button.
- Unplug the printer from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Open all the printer access doors and check for any paper jams or obstructions.
- Remove any jammed paper carefully.
Check Ink Cartridges:
- Open the ink cartridge access door.
- Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed and not clogged or empty.
Check for Errors or Alerts:
- Look at the printer’s display or status lights for any specific error messages or alerts.
Reset the Printer:
