Hi @jennifergarcia,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

When all the lights on your HP ENVY 6455e All-In-One Printer are flashing rapidly, it usually indicates a problem with the printer. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot.

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer by pressing the power button.
  • Unplug the printer from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open all the printer access doors and check for any paper jams or obstructions.
  • Remove any jammed paper carefully.

Check Ink Cartridges:

  • Open the ink cartridge access door.
  • Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed and not clogged or empty.

Check for Errors or Alerts:

  • Look at the printer’s display or status lights for any specific error messages or alerts.

Reset the Printer:

  • Perform a factory reset by following the instructions in the printer's user manual or HP’s support website.

Update Firmware:

  • If possible, connect the printer to your computer and check for any firmware updates that may need to be applied.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
