Wow... it looks so bad. Thank you for uploading the image.
I am suspecting it might be the black cartridge is having some problem/faulty.
To verify, could you do this:
1. From the control panlem of the printer: Go to “Setup” -> Scroll down to “Reports” -> Select to print “Print Quality Report”
2. You can take a look whether the black color of the test pattern show any horizontal lines or not.
3. if it also shows the horizontal lines, then its the black cartridge problem.
I hope it helps, and you can resolve the printing issue, then print the beautiful photo 🙂

I hope you dont mind, could you please scan/take photo of the print quality report page and upload it here.
Maybe there is some clue from this print out.

Oh BTW since the photo print out that you uploaded here have you printed any other page except the print quality report?
if yes, does the horizontal lines appear on the print out?
