Lones through my prints

I get light horizontal lines through print that are particularly noticeable on dark images when I print. The lines are evenly spaced about half an inch apart.

 

Searching results say to ship down on the menu panel and do the setup but that is not an option when I swipe it.

Please print a Quality Diagnostic Page and let me know how that prints

 

  1. On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.

  2. Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.
