Trying to find a repair center in Washington, DC area to repair my PhotoSmart 7520 Printer; all of the ones offered by HP Support seem only to do commercial repairs

Thank you for the Link to https://support.hp.com/us-en/service-center.  If someone could tell me if there is a sub-link that would be useful. All of the links I followed took me to commercial repair partners.  So again, I am looking for a repair center to troubleshoot and possibly repair my PhotoSmart 7520. The printer notifies me to load the paper tray, even when there is paper. I followed all of the suggested solutions, none worked. Then HP stated to take the printer to a repair center.  However, when I seek to find a center, there is NO Listing of a center that provides for carry in repair of a consumer printer.
