My black ink cartidge has run out and I can't find the replacement I usually get sent and have waiting. I don't know if I've lost it or if it maybe never arrived. I'm now totally out of black ink and can't find an easy way to try and get another one from the instant ink service. The virtual agent isn't offering me anything that helps and the queue time on the phone is long.

I have lost my last ink cartridge shipment and have run out of ink. How can I get hold of someone at HP to send me new cartridges? It is infuriating that there is no helpline. Yesterday I rang a helpline number I found on google and they tried to scam me into giving my bank details!

I also have the same problem since I lost my ink cartridges and I have no idea whether they are sending me more since I got an invoice a few weeks ago and I still haven’t received the package and I am in desperate need of ink cartridges but I just can’t seem to find anyone to help me out. I can’t send direct messages for some odd reason too and I am so tempted to just stop trying but I really need these cartridges so if anyone can reply to me with helpful information you are most welcomed
