Hi

On a Color Laserjet MFP M477fnw, I have done everything you have suggested to try to print when a low memory message appears plus reseting the printer by pressing on the bottom right corner of the display when powering back the unit and can't print. I have also replace the low ink.

What can I do?. [Personal Information Removed]

Is the low memory message on the screen of the printer or on your computer. You may simply be trying to print a document that is too complex for the available memory. You can try reducing the resolution of the file you are trying to print.
