Hi...new printer works fine except that after printing a relatively large document >20 pages, next job of similar size is rejected as 'memory low'. Happens every time. Managed to clear the problem 1x with unplugging power, holding power button for 30 seconds and restarting...(had to reconnect wireless) but doesn't work now. Two questions -- 1. how can I prevent this from occurring and 2. is there a simple fix when this does happen. Thanks. JC

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a memory low error when you print large documents.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you remove the printer from the computer and then download and install the printer from the below link.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you remove the printer from the computer and then download and install the printer from the below link.
