M15W suddenly stopped printing, jobs stuck in queue, have reset and reloaded everything

HP Recommended
M15W
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The other day my M15W just stopped printing, after printing from the same Word document.  At first it was "driver not found" , didn't matter how many times I deleted and reloaded the printer.  Then it was jobs getting stuck in the queue.  I reloaded the printer as new and it worked on Ethernet cable, but not wirelessly even though Windows 10 recognized it and showed no errors.  I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 and a Synology 1900ac router.  This combo worked find until yesterday.   I have updated W10 and printer software and rebooted everything.  I'm at a loss.
