M252dw printing streaks

Every page I print has black streak lines on one side. I used cleaning page, no improvement. I cleaned all of the easily accessible areas, no improvement.

Any advice from the epxerts?

Either you have a bad cartridge or a bad fuser or possibly something stuck to the fuser. Pull out the black cartridge and look at the blue/green drum on the bottom. If you see toner stuck to the drum in a location that matches the print defect then try a new cartridge first.  If the drum looks fine you need to look closer at the fuser unit to see if possibly there is failing hot roller cover or something stuck to the hot roller. A sample posted here might help in diagnosing the problem.

I dont see anything on the toner cartridges, wipes that clean with a lint free cloth, just in case. Made no difference.

How do I access the fuser unit?
