I’ve had the supply problem come up downloaded like stated an older version but I can’t get it to install into the printer to downgrade I’ve changed all the settings mentioned and the progress bar works it’s way along on my laptop screen but the printer won’t allow anything to happen it just sits on supply problem error anyone have any advice please?

If you have enabled downgrade in the menu try without toners.
