Hello everyone!

 

I have registered here because I have a problem with an M283fdw printer.

I had to replace the transfer unit on the printer. After reassembly, no more toner is applied to the paper, the paper remains white.

I have tried to print various documents from the printer's service menu

 

What is the best way to find and rectify the fault?

update: i restartet the printer and now i can print i.e. the menu structure from service menu, but when printing the demoside, the paper remains white

 

when printing the demo page over windows 11 it also remains white

Please print and evaluate a  Supplies Status page from within the printer:

How are the results inn compare with the shown example? may you see all colors as the shown example or may missing any specific color in the printout?

 

Also, click the ink-drop icon on the printer page, how are the estimated levels for all 4 cartridges, are all appear full or may any specific color is indicated otherwise?

HI and thanks for the support!

I have just switched on the printer again and tried to print the page you mentioned, but the printout remains white.
I also tried to print the menu structure but it doesn't work anymore, nothing was changed, I just switched off the printer.


but here is a screenshot of the Supplies Status page. The cyan cartridge is a new aftermarket cartridge.
