Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The problem appears after about a day of using the printer, the problem is both on w10 and w11, disabling the first tray in the printer properties does not help, disabling duplex printing in the printer's web interface does not help. It only helps to remove the printer and reinstall it, but only for one day, then the problem repeats. Help me solve the problem
