How can I get a version of the HP Smart app that is compatible with MacOS High Sierra (10.13.6) to help diagnose a 51.23 Error.

The HP Smart app in the App Store will only run on MacOS 10.14 or higher.

HP smart will not diagnose much in this case. 51 is a hardware laser error.
