My HP M476nw color LaserJet keeps giving me a "Paper Jam Tray 1" error.  I never use tray 1 and the printer only has a couple thousand pages of use.  It started out reporting the error AFTER I would print one page.  Then to get another page to print I would need to restart the printer. 

 

Now it just says 'paper jam' and does nothing.  I can get it to cycle a blank page from the service menu but it won't even try to print a page.  I've tried to print a test page but then I  just get the paper jam error and the printer does nothing.  It also tells me sometimes to insert tray 2 even though the tray is installed with paper in it.  I was going to replace the pickup rollers but they look like new and since it will cycle a blank page, I don't think that is the issue.  Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
