HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw
Microsoft Windows 11

From one day to the next, I can no longer print from my three PCs running Windows 11 Pro to my M477 printer. My printer is connected to my PC via network. When I try to print a new page, it appears briefly in the print queue and then immediately disappears from the print queue without being printed.

What I have already tried:

- I have restarted the printer
- I have uninstalled the printer drivers on all three PCs and reinstalled the HP Smart App and set up the printer again
- I have changed the printer driver properties from WSD port to standard TCP/IP port
- I restarted the printer queue

Unfortunately all without success.

I suspect it is due to a new Windows 11 patch KB5022913 which was automatically installed on all my PC on 04/03/2023. Unfortunately, the patch can no longer be removed. This results in a Windows error message.

I can print via Airprint using the HP Smart App on my phone.

I hope someone can help me with my problem. The printer is still too good to replace it with a new model.

Thank you very much for this assistance. This was exactly the workaround I was looking for.
