I've have seen other owners with similar issues and the posted replies do not work in my case.

I have a new Windows 11 Pro, 64 bit computer and I used the HP Support page to download the proper drivers

& related software for this printer. At first, the printer would do perfect double-sided print requests, but then when the

Print Queue for the M480 is chosen, you can see from the image posted which is highlighted by 2 red circles, that

the option for Automatic Duplex Printing is even listed! 

I have even uninstalled all my HP printers and then did a Regedit to remove All HP or Hewlett-Packard remnants to assure

a complete purge of the computer's registry. Then I returned to download from the HP Support website to reload a fresh 

copy of the drivers/software. It cures the problem temporarily but after awhile it will revert to what you see in my supplied image. It has been a very frustrating problem. Please, help me?
