Product: HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M553dn

HP M553 enterprise will not print text in color. It does print headers on color but not in the body. It also does not show a color image in the settings window. I have checked that text as black is disabled and as this is a network printer the settings are the same as the other m553's we have but this is the only one with a problem
