Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

M611 showing no paper when tray is 1/4 or 1/2 full. Yet if you fully load the tray it detects the paper and will print. I tried another tray same model and it still gives the same issue. So the tray is not causing the issue. Any suggestions as to what might be causing the issue?

Pickup roller in printer cavity not installed properly. Make sure that the tab on the top of the roller pack engages in the slot on the paper feed assembly.Broken paper height sensor or flag. Test all the sensors through the troubleshooting menu. Also make sure that the tray lift motor tests properly.
