Dear HP community, 

Can you please help solving the issue with Error code 46.23.3C in MFP M880z?
There is no detailed information in the repair manual, just something like pls contact your service partner, but services partners don't know what to do either. Of course there is the latest firmware on the device...

Do you think we can start with replacing Formatter (btw is this PN correct - A2W75A-67903 ?) and HDD (A2W75A-67905 - 1 unit)? Maybe also memory DIMM (not sure what the PN should be and how many DIMMs it has).

In the same shipment we've received several MFPs with the common error of laser/scanner and we've already replaced several laser/scanner units (RM2-5176-000CN - one per 2 colors).

But in this particular device the error is new for us (46.23.3C)
