Product: MFPM277dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I can't push a 'full' printer cartridge 'drawer' back into the MFP M277dw printer after replacing the individual colour cartridges. I can close 'the drawer' if there are no  cartridges in it - but it sticks (on the left hand side) at the 'door' once there is a cartridge inserted. I understand that you are unable to replace the toners.

Check if you are using the HP 201 toner cartridges.

If yes, follow the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here
