HP LaserJet 1022 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a previous MS Surface Go 2 w/Windows 10.  I was able to hook the printer up with no issues.  I'm using the same drivers, the same everything.  The only difference is I got a new Go 2 with more memory.  That's IT.   I spent hours upon hours w/MS's support.  I'm hoping this forum might d better.

The driver is installed, and everything looks fine.  BUT, when I go to print, it automatically flops into an error and won't print.  I tried doing a System Restore, and it wouldn't restore.  I wish!  That way I could make sure it isn't a "permissions" problem of some variety.  Never had this happen before.  I freakin love this printer.  I'm not in S mode, just FYI.

Hi @ccarnes20,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are unable to print from your computer.

HP LaserJet 1022 Printer driver for windows 10 is not available from the HP website. However, you can install the printer using windows built-in drivers

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
