@roaccount, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Smart Tank 7602!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Let’s try to calm the chaos together.

First, try a “hard reset”:

Unplug the power cord from the printer while it’s still on (yes, even if it's blinking).

Wait about 60 seconds — give it a little breather.

Plug the cord directly into a wall outlet (skip any surge protectors for now), then turn it back on.

If it still blinks or doesn’t respond, check if any icons on the screen are flashing — they often hint at things like low ink, open doors, or paper jams.

Let me know what you see — I’ll walk you through it. We’ll get it back to printing smoothly in no time. 🌟

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
