HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer

Hi.  My printer is flashing "Error Code OX83C0002A NOS_LOADER_APP".  Anyone know what this means and how to fix the issue.

The error code OX83C0002A NOS_LOADER_APP on your HP OfficeJet 4650 printer indicates a firmware or software failure. Here are the steps you can take to try to resolve this issue:

 

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Update Firmware:

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows only):
