Product: Page Wide Enterprise Color 556
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A error message appeared  "Print Head Error  61 00 03"  when trying to print, stopping the print job.

What does Print head Error 61 00 03 actually mean?

A message also appeared saying the "Magenta is Low"  Would this be a factor in

causing the Print Error message to appear?

There is some reluctance to spend $90+ for a new magenta cartridge if this is not part of the problem!
