Message verrouillé quand j'essaie d'imprimer

Bonjour ,

J'ai une imprimante achetée usagée Deskjet2700. J'ai deux principaux problèmes que je tente de résoudre depuis deux jours. 

1- je n'arrive pas à imprimer avec. On m'indique qu'elle est verrouillée. 

2- je ne peux pas l'associé à mon compte HP ink. Les anciens propriétaires ainsi qu'une technicienne HP m'ont confirmé qu'il n'y avait plus de compte associé à l'imprimante. Cependant, moi et la technicienne n'arrivons pas à la remettre aux paramètres d'usine pour enfin pouvoir l'associer à mon compte HP ink.
