Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can someone help please!

I have purchased a new Envy Photo 7155 which came without ink!!

I have installed new HP cartridges and the printer is prompting: "Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer"

 

Can someone please provide instructions to bypass and get this printer working.

Hi @allihoney,

 

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
