Product: HP Officejet 7610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Officejet 7610 printer and these are the error messages I'm receiving:

1- Ink System Failure: There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP.

2- Missing or failed printhead. The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed.

 

It will only print sometimes if I keep opening the door to the ink cartridges, turning the machine off and on, etc but then the error messages pop right back on.

I think it is an inkjet printer.

There is no latch on the sides to lift up the cartridges.

Would someone please advise me on how to get my printer to print? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
