Product: HP DeskJet 3772 All-in-One Printer

When I open the printer door, the cartridges usually move in front of the opening. It is not doing that, it did yesterday, not today.  It shows an error message, and the lights are blinking for black ink and for out of paper. It has paper and I just installed the black ink, yesterday.    Any opinions to resolve this issue are greatly appreciated!
