Bonjour, 

 

J'ai une HP Envy 5030 qui jusqu'ici fonctionnait superbement bien.

 

Je travaille sur IOS

 

Mon imprimante ne reconnait pas la couleur Magenta (les cartouches viennent d'être changées).

 

Merci de m'apporter une solution autre que de changer de cartouche ou acheter une nouvelle imprimante
