Move to Switzerland to Ireland

Hi I am unable to connect to my printer now I have moved, I cannot change the account address to Switzerland and there is only a helpline which is very expensive and you end up waiting quite a bit. I am on an expensive prepaid plan and so calling is not an option and the virtual assistant does not understand anything. Can you help

@Twingo If you are referring to the HP Instant Ink program and changing it's account address,

here's what you need to do:

1) Cancel the HP instant Ink subscription using the steps mentioned here

2) Re-enroll using the new address, and a new subscription: click here for steps.
