HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

I've had endless problems with my OfficeJet Pro 6978 since I bought it in August, 2023, ranging from not finding internet (which it is right next to), telling me to insert memory card, screen going blank, not being found, etc.  I'm ready to throw it into the pond outside my door and never buy HP again.

Now, in addition to those problems, when I came to this site it tells me that I bought my printer in 2021!  Not so!  I have the purchase info from Amazon; August 2023.  When I click on "Dispute this" for date, the fields for my information (name, etc.) are grayed out and I cannot enter any data.  

So - - - just trying to get some help for this piece of sh*t (can you tell I'm beyond frustrated?).  I've tried all of the troubleshooting things that I could find online.  It might work for a day but then either the same error arises again or a brand new one.  

Who can I connect with LIVE to work through this?
