I am unable to power on my printer, I've tried a hard reset and I've also tried a different power cord, and nothing. Prior to this issue employees were trying to print and the printer kept shutting off and when it restarted to was like it factory reset and then the message engine communication error kept coming up and going away then 49 service error then it shut down and hasn't been able to power on since
