ENVY 4500 Printer
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My Envy 4500 Printer has stopped printing from a Web Page or Email, it goes to SAVE every time. I am running Windows 7 on a Dell laptop. I have not altered any settings, changed security or downloaded anything. Any suggestions please.

Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums! I will do my best to assist you with this issue 🙂

 

Going through your post, I guess you are trying to print from the internet via Google chrome. Correct me if I am wrong 😉 When you select “Print” option you see a screen which says “Save”. +

This is because the “Destination” is selected as “Save as PDF” instead of your Officejet printer.

 

To change this, click on “Change” under “Destination” option and select the name of the printer to print. Check the fig below for reference.
