My printer is unresponsive and only displays the error message: B89F9544. Any help?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are receiving a "B89F9544" error on the printer screen.

 

We can perform a factory default on the printer to resolve the issue

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

I am having the same issue with my HP Office Jet Pro 8715.  It is unresponsive and only displays the error message:  B89F9544 Any solutions you may have would be really appreciated.
