@Fortsand1, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP OfficeJet 9010 printer is asleep, you can wake it up by following these steps:

Press a Button: Wake the printer by pressing one of the buttons on the control panel. Typically, pressing the Power button will wake the printer.

Check Connection: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to a power source and your network (if applicable). Sometimes, a lost connection can cause the printer to remain in sleep mode.

Print a Document: Sending a print job from your computer can also wake the printer from sleep mode.

Restart the Printer: If the above steps do not work, try turning off the printer using the Power button and then turning it back on.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.

On my HP Officejet 9015, on the menu panel on the front, my old email address is listed in the account info.  I have read the instructions on how to correct it, but I am missing something as it still displays my old email address.   Thank you.
