My HP Envoy 120 printer will copy but will not it print. There are no warning lights on the touch screen and the ink cartridges are full. There printer is going through the motions of printing and feeding the paper through,  but the paper is blank at the end of the printing process.

@Maggie201,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

1.Check Ink Levels & Cartridges

  • Even if the cartridges appear full, remove them and reinsert them securely.
  • Run a clean printhead cycle from the printer settings.
  • If using refilled or third-party cartridges, try replacing them with genuine HP cartridges.

2. Run a Printer Test Page

  • On the printer touchscreen, navigate to Setup > Tools > Print Quality Report.
  • If the test page is also blank, the issue is likely with the ink delivery.

3. Perform a Hard Reset

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it for 2-3 minutes, and plug it back in.
  • Restart the printer and computer.

4. Align the Printhead

  • Go to Setup > Tools > Align Printhead and follow the on-screen instructions.

5. Try a Different Connection & Document

  • If printing wirelessly, try using a USB cable.
  • Print a different document to rule out a file-specific issue.

6. Uninstall & Reinstall Printer Drivers

  • On your computer, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, remove the printer, and reinstall the drivers from the HP support website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
