Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

My HP Envy 4520 printer stopped working. The touchscreen remains blank with only backlight on. I tried replugging multiple times. Nothing worked. I see another person had the same issue and the accepted solution was based on a private message. How can I factory reset the printer or otherwise get it to respond?

  1. How to Reset your HP Printer | HP Support: This video provides a quick tutorial on resetting your HP printer by following these steps:

    • Turn on the printer and disconnect the power cord.
    • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
    • Wait for 60 seconds.
    • Reconnect the power cord to the printer and the wall outlet.
    • The printer will reset and turn on automatically.
