@ChuckK63, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

If not, you do not need web services to print. 

 

Check if the printer is connected to the internet.

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC.

 

If the issue persists, perform the steps from this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services
