Product: HP Envy Photo 7855
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I log in to the printer IP address and go to the Tray and Paper Mgt, the Photo tray says it is empty. As such it simply will not print.  This is the paper tray for the 4x6 photos. Otherwise, the printer is online, nothing hanging up in the background, prints documents fine, etc.

What is the brand of photo paper being used? Does this only happen with photos?
