@Wayne3441, Welcome to the HP Support Community – it’s great to have you here!

I appreciate you taking the time to share your question. I'm more than happy to assist with this and provide a solution that works for you.

If your HP LaserJet Pro M15 printer is not powering on, here are some steps to help you troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue:

Basic Checks

Power Source:

  • Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the printer and a working wall outlet (avoid using power strips or surge protectors during testing).
  • Try a different outlet to rule out power issues.

Power Cord and Adapter:

  • Inspect the power cord for any visible damage.
  • If available, test with another compatible HP power adapter.

Power Button:

  • Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to see if the printer responds.
  • Look for any LED lights or sounds indicating activity.

Reset the Printer

Sometimes a simple reset can help:

  1. Disconnect the power cord from the printer and wall outlet.
  2. Wait for 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord directly to a wall outlet.
  4. Press the power button again.

Check for Signs of Life

  • If the printer shows no lights, no noise, and no response, it may indicate a hardware failure.

I hope your issue is now resolved. If not, feel free to reply and we’ll continue helping until everything’s sorted!
